By booking a session or group offering with LaShawnda, you agree and understand that offerings are not a replacement for therapy and will not be regarded as such. By booking, you are agreeing with the following statement: By booking an offering on this website, I agree that I am mentally and physically sound and in good health to receive spiritual services for entertainment purposes. LaShawnda is not responsible for any medical or physical occurrences that occur post session, as the sessions are for entertainment purposes and are not medical, legal or financial advice. Limitation of Liability/Indemnification: By booking a session with LaShawnda, the client agrees and acknowledges that LaShawnda Lowe is not liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, incidental, consequential, or special damages or other injury or claim arising out of or in any way related to the subject matter of the sessions. Any and all allergies and mental health disorders or concerns of the client has should be brought to LaShawnda’s awareness prior to purchasing products or booking a session with LaShawnda. Client shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LaShawnda Lowe from any and all losses, costs, claims, suits, expenses, damages and awards, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, for defending such actions in connection with any claim or lawsuit brought against Indemnitees by a third party resulting from the acts or omissions of Client. 

We reserve the right to block, refuse service, and revoke access to anyone who displays emotionally, spiritually, or physically harmful behavior towards LaShawnda Lowe at any point in time during a group offering or during a 1 on 1 session. The definition of harmful will be determined by LaShawnda and she reserves the right to refuse service without a refund to anyone who displays harmful behavior towards her or anyone else within a group offering.  

All offerings are for entertainment purposes only. An offering should not be regarded as professional medical/legal/business opinion and advice. It will not force you to follow a particular course of action, or attempt to exert any form of control over your free-will and common sense. The contents of an offering are not legally binding. Any decisions made or actions taken by you are your sole responsibility and have not been forced upon you, by me, your Teacher. I assume no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decisions, subsequent to, or based on, my offerings. Please exercise your own discernment.

I will not be given a refund if I cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled time. If I do not show up within the first 15 minutes of the scheduled session, the session will be treated as a no show and will not be refunded. If a session needs to be canceled by LaShawnda, I understand I have the option to receive a refund or reschedule.
